90 Day Return Policy
Product in new and unused condition (unworn and with original, sealed packaging) may be returned for up to 90 days following the original purchase date for a store credit.
Returns that are received with original packaging within 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment OR store credit in the form of a coupon code to be redeemed on our website. This includes items that have been worn or tried on.
Returns received 30 - 90 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as a store credit. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue. All purchases made with store credit can only be returned for store credit. To apply store credit towards a new purchase, simply order online and enter the coupon code at checkout.
Opened? Tried on?
Products that have been opened, worn or tried on, must have the original packaging to be returned and will only be accepted within 30 days from the receipt of purchase for a refund or store credit. Products that have been tried or worn must be laundered prior to return.
How To Return
If your order qualifies for return, please visit our return portal - use your order number and email to obtain a return number and prepaid SmartLabel.
Online Refund Options and Methods include
- Store Credit in the form of an online gift card valid for one year. You will receive a postage paid return label via email at no cost to you. OR you can mail the return items to us at your expense and preference. (All orders are eligible for this option.)
- Original Payment Method with a prepaid shipping label will refund the return amount back to the credit card or other form of payment used for the original purchase minus $5.95 for the postage paid label you receive via email. (Orders within 30 days of receipt are eligible for this option.)
- Original Payment Method customer to return products will refund the full return amount back to the credit card or other form of payment used for the purchase. You mail the return items to us at your expense and preference. (Orders within 30 days of receipt are eligible for this option.)

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used at the time of purchase.Shipping Labels
If you would prefer to utilize a prepaid shipping label, please visit our return portal. There may be a $6.95 charge to use our prepaid shipping label for some returns. If you choose to ship it via other means, please be sure to use a traceable, insured method and obtain a tracking number to ensure its safe return to us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks upon mailing.
Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processed. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor.
