Socks for Travel

Posted by Jordan Stokes on

Traveling is great but sometimes staying healthy while you’re on the go is hard, as healthy habits often get kicked to the curb on vacation. Whether it’s by plane, train, or automobile, traveling is often done in close quarters. Legs get cramped, bodies sore, and people get cranky. The best way to prevent tired, achy legs and feet while traveling is to wear travel socks.

The best socks for traveling are knee-high and have compression, meaning they are the tightest around the ankle and gradually decrease in pressure towards the top. Graduated compression helps regulate blood flow and improve circulation to keep your legs and feet feeling fresh.
