• Before using TheraStep Gel Ball-of-Foot Pads, wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
• Place the product in the forefoot area of your shoe.
• Allow skin to breathe by removing TheraStep Gel Ball-of-Foot Pads for at least four hours each day.

Hand-wash TheraStep Gel Ball-of-Foot Pads in warm, soapy water before reuse. Allow the product to air-dry completely. Sprinkle pads with talcum powder if necessary.
