- Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a full money-back guarantee on all products returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt.
- Products must be unworn and in the original packaging.
- The Return/Exchange Form must also be filled out completely and included in the return box.
- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our products we can not return worn products, except
in rare cases of manufactuerr's defect of extenuating circumstances. If you wish to return a worn product, the return must be pre-approved by a Therawear
customer service representative before return shipment.
- Return Shipping: To avoid lost packages, Therawear recommends customers utilize a return shipping method with a tracking system, such as UPS
or USPS with tracking.
- Therawear pays the re-shipment costs associated with exchanged orders.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Return & Exchange Processing: After the returned product is received, Therawear will either place an exchange order immediately or issue
a credit to the account within 14 business days. Credits will be issued via the original method of payment (check or credit card).
- Extended Return & Exchange Policy:Therawear extends the 30 day return/exchange policy for orders placed between Thanksgiving and December 31st.
Orders received during that time period can be returned and exchanged until February 1st.
