In case you are not 100% satisfied after wearing or using any of our products within 30 days of purchase, we ill exchange or provide a store credit.

Returning an Order

Fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. If you are missing the return form, CLICK HERE to download and print a copy.

Customers are responsible for all return shipment charges. In order to avoid lost packages Therawear recommends customers use a return shipping carrier with tracking, such as UPS or USPS with tracking.

For exchange orders, Therawear ships the order back out to the customer free of charge.

Return & Exchange Processing

After the returned product is received, Therawear will either place an exchange order immediately or issue a credit to the customer account within 14 business days. Credits will be issued via the original method of payment (check or credit card).

Holiday Extended Return Policy

Therawear extends the 30 day return policy for orders placed between Thanksgiving and December 31st. Orders received during this time period can be returned or exchanged until February 1st.
