  1. Information. THERAWEAR® acquires information about our customers in order to provide a high level of service efficiently, confidentially and securely. Such information may be gathered in different forms including, but not limited to, placing orders, contacting customer service, searching for products, and registering for our newsletter. This information may be combined with other identifiable information, including past purchase information, to make our future marketing efforts more efficient and targeted to your preferences.

If we make our lists available to carefully screened business partners, we will not share with them any more information about our clients, than is deemed necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our lists in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy Statement. 

  4. Revisions. Business constantly changes and our Privacy Policy Statement may change, also. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy Statement applies to all information that we have about you and your account. However, we may e-mail periodic reminders of changes, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our web site frequently so that you are always aware of our policies.
