Using Your PediFix PumpPals Terry Cloth Insoles

To begin using your PediFix PumpPals terrycloth insoles, remove the current insoles from your shoes. Trim the product to the size of your existing insoles for a custom fit. Place the terrycloth insoles inside your shoes with the rounded heel area in the back of the shoe and the terrycloth side facing up. The insoles should reach the ball-of-foot area of your shoes.

PediFix terrycloth insoles may be removed periodically from your shoes or permanently placed for everyday support. To permanently place the insoles, remove the backing and press the insoles firmly into the proper position in your shoes.

If not permanently placed, to clean, hand-wash this product in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly, and press flat in a towel. Allow PediFix PumpPals insoles to to air-dry completely before reuse.
